The staff is excellent and cheerful and did their best to make the stay comfortable. The hotel is clean and upscale, the service is excellent, and the location is close to everything you need in the city. The most important thing is the availability of internet in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Thank you to all those responsible for making us comfortable.

A good Egyptian style breakfast. The hotel is in a good locations. We had a driver for the week to show us a round and help fix what we wanted. We enjoyed taking a river boat cruise , taking tea by the Nile and a visit to the old market to soak up the atmosphere.

Hello there that hotel it’s so amazing and so beautiful it has beautiful views you can feel the Ancient Egyptian customs and traditions when you look out the window and it’s good for family for husband and wife and for workers it really good

Great costumer service, really helpful the reception staff goes beyond and above to make sure everything ok. Very affordable price for the location close to everything room service always asking if you need anything. Felt like I'm home from the way they treat everyone. Once again thanks to everyone for making my stay easy and relaxing. Highly recommended

The breakfast served was a standard Egyptian breakfast, it needs to contain more of what visitors from other countries can eat. Perhaps less use of plastic cups & cutlery for environmental & health reasons.
