The staff is excellent and cheerful and did their best to make the stay comfortable. The hotel is clean and upscale, the service is excellent, and the location is close to everything you need in the city. The most important thing is the availability of internet in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Thank you to all those responsible for making us comfortable.

The breakfast served was a standard Egyptian breakfast, it needs to contain more of what visitors from other countries can eat. Perhaps less use of plastic cups & cutlery for environmental & health reasons.
